Kitchen sink clogged Christmas Eve morning! Vitality came to the rescue, sending someone by 5 PM who fixed it in half an hour. A lifesaver! Then, Dec 29, main drain blocked, flooding furnace room. Vitaliy sent Walter next day; they found a tree root obstruction via camera. Cleared it temporarily, need pipe replacement. Thank you so much! You guys rock!
